This museum wine is the last of our Cabernet Sauvignon stock made by the late Kym Jenke in Vintage 2014.
Made by traditional viticulture and winemaking practices using fruit grown on our old vines outside our Cellar Door.
Matured in barrel and bottle aged but never labelled or released.
Medium weight, medium brick-red colour. Firm tannin finish shows its longevity.
Alcohol: 13.1% / 750 ml – 7.7 standard drinks
